As a wellness coordinator, I provide support to the Director, Health and Wellness. I am responsible for developing and updating wellness programming content on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, and mental health.
YOGA FACILITATOR

As a yoga facilitator, I develop and implement yoga sessions to improve the mental and physical well-being of clients. Facilitating a class also involves developing relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs.
QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR

As the quality assurance administrator, I provided support to the Manager of Quality Assurance. I was responsible for developing and maintaining tools and resources for employees and clients, as well as analyzing quality data and preparing reports.

In my role on the wellness committee, I successfully implemented stretch and reset breaks for employees three times a week.
PACS COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT
September 2014 - April 2015
As the communication assistant, I managed student communication via email, Facebook, Twitter, and the department's website. This involved compiling bi-weekly newsletters, coordinating students events, and updating student guides.
