STRETCH AND RESET BREAKS
In my role as a wellness committee member, I implemented and facilitated stretch breaks three times a week for office employees. Here's what they had to say:
We are definitely missing stretch breaks with Kiara. Kiara was always very upbeat and displays her zest for life and health in her everyday life. Kiara meets people where they are, always offering options for those with less range of motion. It was great to have a moment to bring focus into the body and find those tight spots you had been ignoring.

When working in an office setting, it can be easy to forget to get up from your desk and stretch your legs. The stretch breaks were not only an opportunity to stretch, but also a mid-afternoon time to socialize and interact with colleagues. Stretch breaks left me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, better able to focus, and gave me a little extra energy to get through the afternoon.

The stretches were good for relaxing muscles used repeatedly during the day. They were also a good mental break. Kiara was a good leader for our stretch breaks as she would change up stretches and add comments to the break.
